Serves 4

Ingredients:

Milky Date Caramel

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 3 tosp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • pinch of salt

Oats:

  • 4 tosp chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups Oats
  • 2.5 cups soy milk
  • 2 banana diced
  • 8 tosp soy yogurt
  • cacao powder to sprinkle (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cover the dates in boiling water, and let them soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the dates, almond butter, milk, and pinch of salt to a small blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Combine the chia seeds, oats, milk, and 1 diced banana. Allow setting in the fridge overnight.
  4. To build, layer the date caramel, some oats, banana, and yogurt. Sprinkle with cacao powder if using, and enjoy!
